2. Digital Courses and Board Preparation Access
- Eligibility Window: You may request a refund within 7 days from the date of initial purchase, provided that you have accessed less than 20% of the course materials/lessons and have not completed any formal board mock examinations.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances:
- More than 7 days have elapsed since purchase.
- More than 20% of the course lectures, slides, or question banks have been accessed or downloaded.
- Any final mock exam or board simulation has been attempted.
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g. account sharing, content piracy, scraping).
3. Free Trials
We offer free trial access for eligible courses and board specialties. We encourage users to test the platform and view trial lectures before committing to a paid purchase.
4. Subscription Memberships
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your Account Dashboard.
- Cancellation stops future recurring billings. Previous billing cycles already completed are non-refundable.

6. Processing and Timelines
